Overview of Presence
In Singapore, Perennial has invested in and manages
a real estate portfolio comprising three integrated
developments, being Capitol Singapore, TripleOne
Somerset and AXA Tower, and three retail and commercial
developments, being CHIJMES, House of Tan Yeok Nee
and Chinatown Point. All of the six projects, with a total
asset value in excess of S$4.1 billion, are strategically
located in the Central Business District (“
CBD
”),
Civic District and the Orchard Road precinct.
