Maiden Foray into Eldercare Business in Singapore • Awarded the Parry Avenue site at a tender price of S$71.988 million to develop Singapore’s first private assisted-living development (“Parry Assisted Living Care”), combining 200 assisted-living apartments and a 100-bed nursing home, which will be integrated with a new community park of around 1.5 hectares. Strengthened Healthcare Offerings in China • Entered into a 40-60 JV with Yingkang Medical, a subsidiary of Haier Group, to operate SuperiorMed Perennial Hospital, a 350-bed tertiary general hospital, at PIHMH Chengdu. • Unveiled Perennial-branded and co-branded eldercare and medical facilities at Perennial Tianjin South HSR International Healthcare and Business City, including Perennial Eldercare Home, Perennial Assisted Living Apartment, Perennial Nursing Home, Perennial General Hospital, Perennial Rehabilitation Hospital and Eber Perennial Brain Hospital. Parry Assisted Living Care Perennial Tianjin South HSR International Healthcare and Business City Maiden Foray into Hospitality Business in China • Unveiled hotel brands at Perennial Tianjin South HSR International Healthcare and Business City that will be operated by a 49-51 JV with Minyoun Hospitality. The 5-star to 3-star hotel brands include ‘The Perennial, JdV by Hyatt’, ‘Cheese by Minyoun Perennial Tianjin’, ‘lia! by Minyoun Perennial Tianjin’ and ‘Living Minyoun Perennial Tianjin’.
