The Company’s real estate portfolio comprises eight transit-oriented development (“TODs”), of which five are connected to High-Speed Railway (“HSR”) Stations. Of these five HSR TODs, four are healthcare-centric while one is commercial-centric. Perennial Holdings is also an owner, operator and provider of healthcare services business in China, focusing on three core segments, which are hospitals and medical centres, healthcare hubs, as well as eldercare and senior housing. It has a presence in 13 cities across China with about 22,000 beds, comprising over 13,000 operating beds and a committed pipeline of about 9,000 beds. PORTFOLIO ANALYSIS Total Assets Composition by Business In FY2023, the real estate business accounted for the majority of assets held on the balance sheet, comprising 92.2% (FY2022: 94.1%) of total assets (on an effective stake basis).
