The eldercare component also houses a rehabilitation centre with a comprehensive range of equipment, a hydrotherapy pool and a clubhouse. The hydrotherapy pool, with a moveable elevated platform, is one of the largest and most well-equipped in China. Perennial International Healthcare and Medical Hub, the medical care component with a total of 1,000 beds, comprises three hospitals. The hospitals are namely, the Perennial General Hospital, a 500-bed tertiary hospital with a unique multi-medical specialty tenant concept and shared ancillary services (diagnostic imaging, laboratory and pharmacy) provided by Perennial Holdings; the Perennial Rehabilitation Hospital, a 200-bed step-down care hospital focusing on rehabilitation; and the 300-bed Eber Perennial Brain Hospital, a 40-60 joint venture between Perennial Holdings and Eber Shanghai, one of the top brain specialist medical groups in China. The hospitality component comprises a multibrand hotel cluster featuring the 5-star hotel ‘The Perennial, JdV by Hyatt’, 4-star+ hotel ‘Cheese by Minyoun Perennial Tianjin’, Perennial Tianjin, 4-star hotel ‘lia! by Minyoun Perennial Tianjin’, and 3-star hotel ‘Living Minyoun Perennial Tianjin’. Together, these four hotels will provide more than 32,000 sq ft of meeting, incentive, conference, and exhibition (“MICE”) spaces, along with four destination dining options featuring diverse cuisines. Tianjin HSR TOD is an innovative development that integrates eldercare medical care and hospitality components along with complementary retail and services designed to promote health and well-being. This integrated approach ensures seamless connectivity and integration between the three components to provide enhanced holistic care for seniors and convenience for seniors’ family members, as well as improved communication and access to resources for medical and support teams.
