OVERVIEW PERFORMANCE SUSTAINABILITY FINANCIALS APPENDIX PERENNIAL XI’AN NORTH HSR INTERNATIONAL HEALTHCARE AND BUSINESS CITY 鹏瑞利国际健康商旅城 (西安北站) Perennial Xi’an North HSR Integrated Healthcare and Business City (“Xi’an HSR TOD”) is a large-scale mixed-use integrated development poised to be a one-stop regional healthcare-centric HSR TOD to serve the communities in the Shaanxi Province.
