OVERVIEW PERFORMANCE SUSTAINABILITY FINANCIALS APPENDIX 103 102 PERENNIAL HOLDINGS PRIVATE LIMITED ANNUAL REPORT 2025 Sustainability Report BOARD STATEMENT GRI [2-22] Perennial Holdings Private Limited (“Perennial Holdings” or “Company”) is pleased to present its ninth Sustainability Report (“SR2025”) for the period from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025 (“FY2025”). This report is guided by the sustainability reporting requirements of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (“SGX-ST”) Listing Manual (Rules 711A and 711B) and will be progressively aligned with these requirements in accordance with the regulatory timeline set by SGX. This report is also prepared with reference to the Global Reporting Initiative (“GRI”) Universal Standards 2021. Guided by the United Nations (“UN”) Sustainable Development Goals (“SDGs”), the Company expanded its SDG focus to include SDG 4 (Quality Education) and SDG 7 (Affordable and Clean Energy) in FY2025, complementing its existing commitment to six other SDGs: SDG 3 (Good Health and Well‑Being), SDG 5 (Gender Equality), SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production), SDG 13 (Climate Action) and SDG 16 (Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions). The expansion aligns with Perennial Holdings’ dual role as an owner-operator in the healthcare and real estate sectors and its commitment to integrating global sustainability priorities into its long-term strategy. Committed to a Greener Future Perennial Holdings' strategic partnership with Keppel's Energy-as-a-Service (“EaaS”) solutions and its recommended energyefficient upgrades implemented in Perennial Healthcare City Tianjin, Perennial International Healthcare and Medical Hub Chengdu (“PIHMH Chengdu”) and Perennial Qingyang Mall in Chengdu, achieved a total 2.79 million kilowatt-hour (“kWh”) in FY2025. In advancement of the Company's sustainability agenda, Perennial Holdings has expanded this partnership with Keppel and recommended energyefficient infrastructure initiatives to also include Perennial Jihua Mall, Foshan. Furthermore, surrounding cooling systems were upgraded to enhance energy efficiency at Perennial Healthcare City Tianjin and PIHMH Chengdu. Additionally, Electronically Commutated (“EC”) fan enhancements at Perennial Qingyang Mall in Chengdu, and energy‑efficiency upgrades at Perennial Jihua Mall in Foshan, significantly improved energy performance. Collectively, these initiatives reduce environmental impact and operating costs, while enhancing energy affordability, resilience and sustainability across the Company’s portfolio, in support of SDG 7. Supporting Our People, Enriching Lives and Communities The Company remains committed to the health, safety and well-being of its stakeholders by ensuring strict observance of policies, regular inspections and emergency preparedness. In FY2025, Perennial Holdings achieved almost four million accident-free hours across all development assets. The Company continues to reinforce contractor compliance by requiring bizSAFE Level 3 certification across its Singapore properties. Similarly, the Company continues to improve the quality of life for residents in its eldercare homes through holistic lifestyle activities and access to high-quality medical services that support residents and the surrounding communities. Aligned with SDG 4 (Quality Education), Perennial Holdings also empowers employee training and development, reinforcing its commitment to continuous learning and long-term career growth. Together, these efforts underscore the Company’s holistic approach to advancing the wellbeing, safety and development of its people and communities. By continuing to adopt the internationally recognised GRI Standards, Perennial Holdings ensures transparent and consistent reporting, enabling comparability with its industry peers. In alignment with the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, Perennial Holdings has identified eight UN SDGs for the current reporting period. This includes the recent incorporation of SDG 4 (Quality Education), which focuses on ensuring quality training and education for employees, and SDG 7 (Affordable and Clean Energy), which reinforces the commitment to environmental sustainability. The Company aligns its targets, ongoing initiatives and relevant GRI disclosures with the UN SDGs, providing a robust framework for Perennial Holdings.
