OVERVIEW PERFORMANCE SUSTAINABILITY FINANCIALS APPENDIX 133 132 PERENNIAL HOLDINGS PRIVATE LIMITED ANNUAL REPORT 2025 Sustainability Report In FY2025, Perennial Holdings employed 1,364 employees across its reported entities, comprising 173 employees in Singapore and 1,191 in China. Of these employees, 73% were female while 27% were male. 50% of Perennial Holding’s workforce in the reporting scope were hired on permanent contracts, while the other half is on temporary contracts. In FY2025, Perennial Holdings saw a rise of 2% in its workforce, adding 29 employees in Singapore and China, across its Healthcare and Real Estate businesses, which encompasses Medical Care and Eldercare facilities. In China, the Company employs 1,107 individuals across its Medical Care and Eldercare facilities, comprising 263 males and 844 females. All employees at the Properties, Medical Care and Eldercare facilities work full-time, following a five-day or six-day work week. Across the Properties and Perennial Corporate Office, 70% of employees are between 30 and 50 years old, while those aged 50 and older make up 21% of the workforce. In Medical Care and Eldercare, 61% of employees are aged 50 or older, 25% are aged 30 to 50, and 14% are under 30.
