Across the Company’s healthcare developments in China, employees and healthcare professionals actively participated in outreach initiatives aimed at improving public health awareness and making healthcare services more accessible to surrounding communities. Through these initiatives, Perennial Holdings continues to strengthen its role as a responsible corporate citizen, supporting healthier communities, promoting cultural vibrancy and fostering meaningful social connections across the markets in which it operates. Perennial Holdings’ healthcare teams continued to play an active role in community outreach by extending medical expertise beyond their facilities and into the wider community. Through health education, preventive care initiatives and medical outreach programmes, the Company aims to enhance public health awareness and improve access to healthcare services in the cities where it operates. In Chengdu, the healthcare team organised a series of community engagement activities focused on preventive healthcare and healthy living, encouraging residents to better understand common health risks and adopt proactive health management practices. Meanwhile, medical teams in Tianjin, Kunming and Foshan conducted community outreach initiatives that included complimentary medical consultations, basic health assessments and on-site medical support for public events, bringing professional medical advice and assistance closer to local residents. In Xi’an, healthcare professionals marked World Alzheimer’s Day with a community awareness programme to promote early detection and to boost understanding about dementia-related conditions. The initiative included educational sharing sessions and free consultations by specialist doctors from the facility, providing families and caregivers with practical guidance on recognising symptoms and managing the condition. As an organisation operating across multiple sectors and geographies, Perennial Holdings recognises the heightened risk of fraud, corruption and unethical conduct that can arise within complex business environments. To safeguard its stakeholders and uphold its corporate values, robust governance frameworks and internal controls have been implemented to ensure that ethical business practices are consistently embedded across all operations, reinforcing trust and supporting long‑term sustainable growth. For FY2025, there were no incidents of fraud, corruption or other unethical misconduct within Perennial Holdings, reflecting the strength of the governance framework and the commitment to doing business ethically. Perennial Holdings’ ethical framework is guided by a comprehensive suite of governance policies and procedures, notably the Employee Code of Conduct, Whistleblowing Policy and the Policy on Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism, which set out the principles which support decision-making across the group. All employees are informed of the Company’s anti-corruption policies through the employee handbook and official communications. The Employee Code of Conduct sets clear expectations to prevent conflicts of interest and uphold high standards of integrity. Topics covered include bribery, discrimination, workplace health and safety, insider trading and other issues. The Code states that unethical or illegal behaviour will not be tolerated, prohibiting employees from accepting gifts, such as money, favours or highvalue items, and from engaging in any form of harassment or discrimination.
