Perennial Holdings places a strong emphasis on employee well-being and progression by promoting a rich culture of diversity and inclusivity, creating a productive work environment and nurturing a reliable and sustainable workforce. Employee Diversity and Equal Opportunity Perennial Holdings provides equal opportunities for all employees by maintaining fair and merit-based employment practices that are aligned with TAFEP. The information in this section refers only to employees within the reporting scope of this report, namely Perennial Corporate Office and CMTs in Singapore and China retail assets, as well as its healthcare facilities, namely Hongqiao, Fengxian, Xiehe and PIHMH. In FY2023, Perennial recorded 1,118 employees across its reported assets, with 154 in Singapore and 964 in China. Out of 1,118 employees, 74% are females and 26% are males. 43% of Perennial Holding’s workforce in the reported scope were hired on a permanent contract basis.
