In China, Perennial Holdings employs 874 individuals across its eldercare and healthcare assets, comprising 191 males and 683 females. All employees from properties, eldercare homes and medical centres work full-time on either a five-day or six-day workweek. Across all properties, most employees are in the 30 to 50 years old category, at 68%, followed by those older than 51, who constitute 17% of the workforce.
