OVERVIEW PERFORMANCE SUSTAINABILITY FINANCIALS APPENDIX Employee Turnover and New Hires at Properties Across all assets from the reporting scope in Singapore and China, the total employee turnover for FY2023 was 381, while the total number of new hires was 497. About 62% of the total turnover comprised employees above 50 years old due to the higher concentration of older workers in the healthcare and eldercare sectors in China. On the other hand, 51% of total new hires are aged above 50 years old, while 24% are below 30 years old. The Company aims to make the framework more holistic in evaluating employees’ performance, improve individual and team productivity and develop employee capabilities through targeted feedback and coaching. These feedback and coaching sessions will also help to align employees’ mindsets with company goals and improve communication between managers and employees. In total, 122,904 hours have been invested into training employees in Singapore and China.
