OVERVIEW PERFORMANCE SUSTAINABILITY FINANCIALS APPENDIX PERENNIAL ALZHEIMER’S CARE VILLAGE XI’AN 西安鹏瑞利知智照护家园 Perennial Alzheimer’s Care Village Xi’an (“PACVX”) is China’s first integrated healthcare development focused on seniors with Alzheimer’s. A one-stop healthcare institution, PACVX provides holistic and tailored care for seniors living with dementia, specifically Alzheimer’s disease. The village encompasses the nation’s largest dementia care home with 420 beds, a rehabilitation hospital with 113 beds and an International Eldercare Research Institute. Covering a land area of more than 460,000 sq ft, the development is enveloped by picturesque lakes, gardens, mountains and cultural landmarks. The leased site, featuring existing buildings of over 400,000 sq ft in total GFA, is poised to accommodate nearly 700 beds upon completion. The facility is supported by a dedicated team comprising neurologists, geriatricians, cardiologists, rehabilitation therapists, TCM physicians, psychiatrists, nurses, nutritionists, and caregivers. Its aim is to deliver multidisciplinary, personalised, holistic and comprehensive care to its residents. Phase 1, comprising 301 eldercare beds, has already been completed and is operational.
