To address these challenges, Perennial Holdings has established a robust compliance framework designed to meet regulatory requirements in all countries where it operates. Perennial Holdings views compliance as a collective responsibility that spans various functions within the organisation. The Company actively engages with the regulatory bodies listed in Table 7 and expects all its departments to stay informed about any regulatory changes or updates by attending relevant compliance training and seminars organised by regulatory organisations. The Company’s Legal department is also available to provide additional support and guidance when needed. Furthermore, the Risk Management Team is responsible for reporting any known instances of non-compliance to the Board on a quarterly basis. To date, Perennial Holdings is proud to have achieved its target of maintaining zero cases of non-compliance since FY2018 and remains committed to sustaining this positive performance.
