OVERVIEW PERFORMANCE SUSTAINABILITY FINANCIALS APPENDIX Perennial Holdings embraces cultural diversity with celebrations of significant festivals, such as the Lunar New Year and Mid-Autumn Festival. In Singapore, the Lunar New Year celebration was held at Capitol Theatre, where employees were treated to a sumptuous dinner, live band performances, and opportunities to socialise with colleagues. The MidAutumn Festival kicked off with an informative mini quiz about the festival itself and continued with a series of exciting activities, such as a pomelo peeling competition, guess the riddles, and tea appreciation. The celebration was rounded off with a mooncake feast – a tradition at the heart of the MidAutumn Festival. The highlight event of the year was the Christmas Party, a well-deserved celebration for employees’ hard work and dedication throughout the year. Employees dressed up to the theme of “Glam & Glitter” and enjoyed a series of Christmas related games and a Christmas feast. Through these activities and initiatives, Perennial Holdings maintains continuous employee engagement that fosters a collaborative and inclusive workplace. Employee Townhalls are held at least once a year to foster and stimulate open communication between leaders and employees. These sessions serve as a platform to update employees on the Company's achievements, milestones and plans for the future. Employees can also share their feedback or questions during the question and answer segment. The Long Service Award Ceremony is incorporated into the Townhalls to express appreciation for the valuable contributions of employees who have dedicated significant time to the Company.
