To strengthen governance, the Company established a Health and Safety Committee (“HSC”) in 2022 to support the Board and oversee all workplace health and safety matters, ensuring effective on‑ground implementation across both operational and development assets. Building on this foundation, Perennial Holdings integrates Health, Security and Safety (“HSS”) risks into its annual ERM framework, assessing them alongside broader sustainability considerations. This structured approach enables the Company to develop targeted action plans that mitigate actual and potential risks to stakeholders. Complementing this, Perennial Holdings has instituted a comprehensive HSS Policy and supporting framework that guide project management teams and CMTs in maintaining full compliance with relevant laws, standards and internal objectives. Through these measures, the Company upholds a safe environment for employees, tenants and visitors. Recognising that a healthy and safe environment is essential to stakeholder well‑being, Perennial Holdings conducts thorough health and safety checks before any activity begins on its premises. Regular inspections by asset executives and the corporate health and safety team help monitor performance and address follow-up actions. Stakeholders are encouraged to report any hazards or incidents through their designated liaison or Customer Service Counters, with all reports directed to the relevant departments for review and investigation where necessary. The Company’s commitment to health and safety allows it to continue maintaining its local safety certifications, including bizSAFE Star and Work Safety Standardisation (Level 3) for its properties in Singapore and China, respectively.
