We are also committed to complying with the relevant
legal and regulatory requirements in the countries
in which we operate. As a company listed on the
Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange (“
SGX
”),
we ensure compliance with the Companies Act, Chapter
50 of Singapore, the Securities and Futures Act,
Chapter 289 of Singapore, the listing rules prescribed
by the SGX, and in connection with that, we consult
with the SGX, Monetary Authority of Singapore and
the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority.

We also work closely with the relevant land and building
authorities, such as the Urban Redevelopment Authority
and Building and Construction Authority in Singapore,
as well as healthcare regulators, such as the Ministry of
Health in Singapore, where applicable.
Ultimately, we aim to be a good corporate citizen to
make a positive impact and enrich the lives of all of our
stakeholders.
