USE OF PROCEEDS FROM ISSUE OF RETAIL BONDS
On 22 October 2015, the Company issued S$300 million 4.65% per annum retail bonds due 23 October 2018. The net
proceeds from the issue of the bonds have been fully utilised as at 31 December 2015 to refinance certain borrowings,
financing of working capital, investments and capital requirements of the Group.
