Capital reserve comprises mainly the difference between the paid up capital of the shares issued and the fair value of
the Target Assets acquired (see note 4) and reserve arising from the non-reciprocal capital contribution made to a non-
wholly owned subsidiary.
Fair value reserve comprises the cumulative net change in the fair value of available-for-sale financial assets until the
assets are derecognised or impaired.
Equity compensation reserve comprises the cumulative value of employee services received for the issue of the options
and shares under the share options.
